Most of the Archive digitized records are not visible, even with the viewer, but you have to have the viewer to see what is there, including their cross-references and indexes, so it's worth downloading the plug-in.

I believe requested information can be sent to the Archives in an online mail form.
This is the big step I'm hoping all state archives will soon take---and even futher, when the records themselves may one day be available online!
